All Site Rentals are Subject to the Following Terms:
- Guests may rent sites for any duration. No special pricing is available for terms longer than 1 month.
- Pricing based on up to 4 adults and one vehicle and/or trailers. Electrical fees are extra, based upon the duration of the stay.
- Additional guests are $2/day. Additional vehicles and/or trailers are $1/day. Pets are welcome.
- For stays of one month or more, a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required at check-in.
Early Check Out & Refund Policy:
- Guests who choose to vacate their site prior to the end of their reservation must provide 24-hour advance notification.
- We have a no refunds policy, except at the discretion of the Community Manager due to special circumstances.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.
*Pricing effective August 19, 2024. In an effort to provide a clean, safe, and quiet environment for our guests, rate changes are considered every 6 months.
